Why do you use coconut soy wax?
Our quest for a cleaner candle began by selecting the main ingredient, a luxury wax blend of coconut and soy. It's non-toxic, cruelty-free, and does not contain carcinogens or mutagens just like our fragrances. Coconut soy wax also burns cleaner and longer than mass-produced candles on the market.
What is in your fragrance oils?
Our essential oil infused fragrances are carefully sourced and scrutinized to adhere to our clean ingredient standard. They DO NOT contain phthalates, parabens, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive, organ, or acute toxins. We also made sure they are cruelty-free.
Why do you use wooden wicks?
Sourced from FSC certified mills and manufactured in the USA, our wooden wicks are sustainable, natural, and eco-friendly. No metals, no toxins, no animal products or testing-just nature. They have a distinct soft crackling sound when burning which is desirable in a luxury candle.
How long do your candles burn?
Depending on the size of your candle our 12 ounce candles can last 70+ hours depending on the scent and if proper candle care was practiced. Our smaller 3 oz tins are 15-20 hours and are great for traveling. Tealights can range from 5-8 hours and we refill them for free if you send them back to us and place a new order.

My candle is not burning evenly, am I doing something wrong?
It's important to allow the wax to melt to the edges of your container when burning your candle to prevent tunneling. This is especially important on the first burn which can take up to 3 or 4 hours. Wax has muscle memory, so cutting the process short will risk ruining your beautiful candle and we don't want that. Plan accordingly- don’t light your candle if you have to head out of the house in an hour.
Are your products safe to use around pets?
There is a reason why I only work with fine fragrances that have passed a clean ingredient standard-because I live in a home with a young child, an adoring husband, and a few pets. The ingredients I work with must be safe for me and my family to be around AND be safe to be introduced into your home- a privilege I take very seriously.
Can your vessels be recycled?
We carefully source only the highest quality candle vessels so you can reuse them. They are great for collecting pens and makeup brushes or even potting succulents. Use your candle bag to collect seashells on vacation and once your candle is done just clean it out and place your shells on display to remember a special vacation. Our gold tins can be recylced in the trash but we think they would be better suited to hold your jewerly or vitamins on your next destination trip.
Can I update my info or cancel my order?
We will do our best to accommodate you, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. If a shipping label has already been created in that time, we regret that we cannot make any edits or cancellations.

How long does it take for orders to ship?
Please allow 3-4 business days for to be processed and shipped. Summer shipping occurs Monday through Wednesday.
Once your order is processed and your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range from 2-7 business day days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order, however, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 72 hours once a label has been created.

What if my order is damaged in transit?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require photographic proof of damage to the product as well as the shipping box within 7 days of delivery. Please submit to: firstname.lastname@example.org
My order is marked as delivered but I'm not finding it?
Once the package leaves our studio, unfortunately delivery is out of our hands. We cannot offer a refund or replace items for missing or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. They will need your tracking number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email or text message.

Can I return my product?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or free of damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are assumed by the buyer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any payment processing fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please Note: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If a shipping label has been created for an order, we regret that we cannot cancel the order.
Can I exchange my product?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please see 'Can I return my product?'
Can I return a sale item?
